Message: To answer your question, I found the questions funny. The hotel in which I worked there was no concierge or public relations manager. Just one front desk manager most of the time after the housekeepers went home. I found the questions funny most of the time but when you have to babsit for a couple of hundred grownups for a while sometimes it's not so funny.
